Vaccine Choice Bills in the 2021 WV Legislature
There are seven bills dealing with vaccination choice that have been introduced in the WV House or Senate. All of them will provide some welcome relief from West Virginia’s authoritarian, one size fits all approach to immunizations.
As a start, I suggest you contact your senators in support of SB 406, and contact your delegate in support of HB 2881. Both remove the requirement to provide the harmful and unnecessary Hepatitus B vaccination to children before attending any West Virginia school, public or private. Typically, this vaccination is given to newborn babies. Mind you that the vaccination is for a sexually transmitted disease, and that this disease is nonexistent among those who are not having sexual intercourse or using IV drugs. HB 2881 is in the House Health and Human Resources Committee chaired by Jeffrey Pack.
HB 2728 clarifies that the commissioner of Public Health shall not expand compulsory immunization requirements for school children without explicit Legislative authority, including the chair of the Health Committee. Vaccination by administrative ruling added 11 to 13 doses of four vaccines to the West Virginia required vaccine schedule from 2008 to 2017. These vaccines alone have caused between 1740 to 17,400 serious adverse reactions requiring hospitalization and 290 to 2900 deaths in West Virginia. Current administrative rulings specify that all vaccines recommend by the ACIP panel are also recommended for West Virginia children. Furthermore, from 2008 to 2017 parents enrolling children in state licensed daycare were required to get HIB, pneumococcal (Prevnar), rotavirus and Hepatitus A vaccinations under penalty of law. These vaccinations were added by an administrative rule, were subsequently removed, but could be added again. This bill is in the House Education Committee, chaired by Joe Ellington.

Bill Gates has basically bought the World Health Organization which actually is an agency of the United Nations. Bill Gates is a supporter of Planned Parenthood, of abortion. He’s a supporter of depopulation, reducing population. He says that the reason he wants everyone vaccinated, especially in poor countries, is, all the children vaccinated, is so that by increasing child health, then mothers will be more confident in their children living, and therefore they’ll have less children. Does that make sense?
I don’t think that’s actually a proven theory, it’s certainly debatable. So it’s on the edge of saying basically that he wants to kill the children.
Now, I know some people are going to jump up down and say, ‘Bill Gates didn’t say that’. But put these pieces of information together, Bill Gates is on record as telling President Trump, that he should not investigate vaccine safety and he even mentions Robert Kennedy Jr, in that video clip. Therefore he doesn’t want vaccine safety investigated.
And if you’ve listened to my show, you know that vaccines have never been shown to be more safe than detrimental and that the DTP vaccine, used throughout the developing world and paid for by Mr. Gates Foundation, kills thousands of children. So put these two together. He wants vaccinate every child, he doesn’t want to investigate vaccine safety, he has a controversial, if not strange belief, that somehow reducing, decreasing child mortality will make more women wanna have less children in the developing world. That’s not, I think, a widely accepted phenomenon. Anyway, you can see that Mr. Gates is not a godly man, since he is for abortion and depopulating the world, and also for using vaccines that kill people.

The risk of getting measles is greatly exaggerated; there were only about 324 deaths per year in the entire US, historically.
The actual rate of death is one in 10,000, not one in 1000, historically. The CDC chart is misleading and dishonest. The CDC rate is based on those hospitalized, but 10 times to 15 times more are never hospitalized and recover.
The actual rate of hospitalization, historically, is about 1.5%, not 20%
Do we see a familiar game plan here? Scare the heck out of people.
Measles deaths declined dramatically before the introduction of vaccines.
Adverse reactions are greatly understated: MMR adverse reactions according to the VAERS database are
3163-31,630 Serious adverse reactions per year, depending on a range of 10 times to 100 times under reporting, although Dr. Toni Bark has stated, as a doctor, that the real rate is more like under reporting of 1000 times!
Additionally, the MMR vaccine causes at least146-1460 Deaths per year, and in reality, probably many more.
The MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccine may cause autism in some children, as admitted by the CDC director in the Hannah Polling case.

Countries that respect God-given rights, and states that respect God-given constitutional rights are not doing any worse than other places that have instituted draconian restrictions.

A. No, Abe and officials say Japan cannot legally enforce hard lockdowns. Public transportation is operating as normal. Most state of emergency measures are requests and instructions. Violators cannot be punished unless they fail to comply with orders related to storage or shipment of emergency relief goods and medical supplies.
Q. WHY IS JAPAN NOT IMPOSING A HARD LOCKDOWN?
A. Japan’s history of repression under fascist governments before and during World War II has left the public wary of government overreach. The country’s postwar constitution lays out strict protections for civil liberties. Abe’s government was reluctant to risk severe economic repercussions from more severe measures.
Missouri, South Dakota, Oklahoma, Wyominy have no lockdowns and minimal restrictions. Some city restrictions. These areas are not having huge surges of cases. Why is West Virginia locked down?
Maryland is locked down, and Governor Hogan threatened $5000 fines and a year in jail for violations. Yet, with about the same population and no statewide lock down, Missouri has 86 deaths, and Maryland 124.

If someone outside the high-risk groups (elderly with chronic illnesses, HIV patients, immune-compromised people) has fever and cough but mild symptoms, they should remain isolated in their homes for 14 days. People without any symptoms who have not been directly exposed to someone sick do not need isolation.

Consequently, Edwards turned to the development of an account of the Christian life centered on the overcoming of a parochial spirit, on rooting out the demons of self-centeredness in the Christian, the church and the wider culture. About Samuel Hopkins, a follower of Jonathan Edwards, Bryant writes:
Central to Hopkins’ theology was a notion of disinterested benevolence. In this Hopkins followed Edwards’ emphasis on the Christian life as grounded in “consent to being itself.” For Hopkins, the central dynamic in the Christian life revolved around the overcoming of selfishness and the attainment of a disposition of disinterested benevolence.
The devil, Satan, and ungodly forces want to crush the spirit of individuals and families through communism in both the East and West, as evidenced by the current lock downs and over bearing government regulations. You can see this in the tracking of people and surveilling them in Wuhan, China. Now we See Bill Gates and Anthony Fauci promoting the same thing in the West.
You can also see this in the agenda of Bill Gates and other godless people. They want to crush the spirit by taking away religious freedom, force vaccinating everybody and depopulating the world. This directly goes against God’s idea of creation in Genesis 1:28, perfect yourself, have a lot of children and have dominion over the earth.
